 Terms and Conditions

 

1. Health, Vaccinations, and Medication

  . Vaccinations:  All dogs must have fully up-to-date vaccinations.  Proof of vaccination (including kennel cough) 

                            must be provided prior to the stay.

  .  Fleas and Worms:  Dogs must be treated for fleas and worms according to a regular schedule.

  .  Medication:  We will administer medication as detailed on the intake form. However, we cannot be held responsible

                            for any complications that arise from administering this care.

 

2.  Veterinary Care and Emergencies

  .  Emergency Authorization: In the event of illness or injury, the owner authorizes us to seek veterinary attention at the 

                                                  closest available clinic. 

  .  Financial Responsibility:  All veterinary costs and medical treatments remain the sole responsibility of the dogs

                                                owner.

3.  Owner Representations and Behaviour 

  .  Behaviour:  Owners must disclose any history of aggression, anxiety, or biting. Dogs demonstrating uncontrollable

                          or dangerous behaviour may be removed to an emergency contact or kennel at the owners expense.

  .  Unneutered/In-Season dogs:  Entire males or females in season may be declined.

 

4.  Insurance and Liability

  .  Provider Insurance: Our boarding facility holds public liability insurance.

  .  Owners Insurance:  Owners are strongly advised to hold their own comprehensive pet insurance.

 

5.  Personal Items and GDPR

  .  Belongings: Collars, leads, and bedding may be left at the owner's risk. We are not responsible for lost or damaged 

                           Items.

  .  Data Protection: All client information will be kept private, confidential, and stored in compliance with current GDPR   

                                  regulations
